The Production Coordinator is the operational hub of the production office — the person who knows where everything is, who everyone needs to speak to, and what is happening at every stage of the shoot. On an independent film, coordinators often carry more responsibility than their title implies: managing travel and logistics for the whole company, distributing call sheets and scripts, handling clearances, and keeping the producer informed of anything that needs attention. We value coordinators who are unflappable, proactive, and precise.
