At Indie Matter, we look for executive producers who bring tangible value: access to finance, industry relationships, strategic guidance, or platform-level distribution credibility. The most useful EPs we work with are those who understand when to lean in and when to get out of the way, and who genuinely champion the creative vision rather than diluting it.
