The Post-Production Supervisor manages the entire technical infrastructure of the post-production process — from the handover of camera footage through to delivery of the finished film to distributors and platforms. On an independent feature, the post-production supervisor coordinates between the editor, sound team, VFX pipeline, colourist, and online facility, ensuring that each stage is technically sound and that the handover between departments is seamless. They manage schedules, budgets, and deliverable specifications, and are the person the director calls when something in post goes wrong.
