Post-production is where a film becomes itself. The footage shot on set is raw material — it is in the edit suite, the colour grade, the sound mix, and the VFX pipeline that the film finds its final form. At Indie Matter, we treat post-production as a creative discipline equal to any other part of the process. Our editors work closely with directors from assembly through to fine cut, shaping performance and structure in collaboration rather than in isolation. Our post-production supervisors keep complex pipelines from unravelling. Our colourists and VFX artists bring the visual world to its final resolution. We want post-production professionals who are technically excellent and creatively engaged — who understand that a film is not finished until it is truly finished.
